Can't reply to open tickets
I registered, but I still can't find the button to reply to tickets (see feature request #345). I have a diploma in computer science and yet I feel like an Internet novice. ;-) Help?
Feel free to merge this ticket with #345, if possible.

Please try now: I granted the permissions to "Add note" and "Edit own note" to the Reporter role.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
