Job stuck in queue

all my jobs get stuck in the queue and don't get processed. I tried the exact same job, same file and same settings, on another account and it works right away. I don't know if there is a problem with my account which has been setup recently or I just oversee a setting that causes this problem. I attached screenshots of the settings and the job overview.

That sounds like a problem with your user folders. Can you ask your admin to check that out?
Maybe your source folder is Ok but the destination folder is not writable. In that case HRM skips that job since it has no place where to save the results.
