Description

Hello HRM Community,

I hope you can help I have received an error message from one of our users. See attached. I'm guessing it is due to a naming issue however the stage thing is that the job ran. There were some 95 jobs and the error appeared for each job. input advice etc etc

Thanks in advance

History

#2 Updated by Daniel over 5 years ago

  • File deleted (Your HRM job finished with an error.msg)

#3 Updated by Aaron about 5 years ago

  • Target version set to 3.3.0

In a future release of the HRM, we will use the job id to check for the existence of result files instead of relying on the full file name. This should make it robust to unfrequent characters.

#4 Updated by Niko about 5 years ago

  • Subject changed from error message explination to Issue with non ASCII characters in filenames.

#5 Updated by Aaron over 4 years ago

  • Target version changed from 3.3.0 to 3.4.0

#6 Updated by Aaron about 3 years ago

  • Target version changed from 3.4.0 to 4.0.0

As suggested in previous comments, we will address this family of problems by using the Job ID to recognize the result files.
